For investors

A core formulation technology validated in humans, on a path that pays its own way.

The biggest shifts in medicine are towards larger, more complex molecules, and delivery and stability are the key bottlenecks holding them back. reThink64 has a core technology that clears that bottleneck, and a commercial model where near-term use cases and revenue fund the real-world data that de-risks the larger pipeline opportunities.

The thesis

Own the formulation layer enabling the next generation of medicine.

We are not betting on a single molecule. We are building the unlocking technology for a new era of molecules in health and medicine.

Key enabling, not single asset

A core technology, applied across use cases

One formulation system serves proteins, peptides and RNA across multiple tissues. Value compounds with each molecule it enables rather than riding on one program.

Human proof of concept

Evidence, not extrapolation

We show the platform working in human tissue early. That retires the risk that sinks most delivery technologies, and it does so years ahead of a conventional timeline.

Self-funding path

Revenue before the clinic

Partnering, licensing and early commercialization in less regulated use cases generate revenue and real-world data at the same time, so the science advances without depending exclusively on continual investment.

The market

Three lead markets. All face the formulation wall.

Our current and prospective clients operate in these markets. Delivery and stability problems stymie progress in each, which is what lets our core technology address all three.

01
$130B

Peptides

Large molecules limited by poor tissue penetration.

NanoEmitters drive a marked gain in penetration.
02
$170B

Unstable actives

Oxidation- and hydrolysis-prone actives that degrade in weeks at room temperature.

NanoEmitters hold stability for months, no cold chain.
03
$230B

Immunomodulators

Localized immune therapies are wanted, but systemic exposure brings side effects.

NanoEmitters keep delivery local to the target tissue.

Global annual sales in each market, from public market research (2024 to 2025). Listed separately, not summed.

The model

Commercializable from day one. Initial applications in skincare and dermatology fund the data that de-risks the later pipeline.

Most biotechs build the whole drug product and wait the better part of a decade for revenue. We reached our first paid engagement in year four by developing enabling formulations for partners’ commercial actives. Each partnership produces revenue and data that supports and de-risks the next application.

Our fast-track business model
01

Commercial-ready chemistry

We work with approved materials and existing molecules, not new chemical entities.

02

Paid partner codevelopment

Skincare and dermal drug developers pay us to solve stability and delivery, which generates early revenue.

03

Licensing and royalties

Staged milestones lead to licensing deals and recurring royalty streams.

04

Growing real-world data set

Funded skin model and consumer data sets de-risk and fast-track the technology for more advanced indications.
