rT64 NanoEmitters: delivery built for the molecules medicine cares about most.
Proteins, peptides and RNA are the most precise medicines we have, and the hardest to deliver. rT64 NanoEmitters solve the three problems that hold them back at once. They keep them stable at room temperature, drive them into tissue, and concentrate them where they are needed.
Three properties, engineered into one formulation.
Conventional delivery forces a trade-off between stability, penetration and exposure. NanoEmitters do not.
Holds up at room temperature
The active sits inside a microparticle scaffold encased by an outer membrane, which protects it from oxidation and hydrolysis. Intact for months at room temperature, across buffers and formats. No cold chain.
Reaches tissue conventional formulations cannot
At the target, the NanoEmitter responds to the local environment and packages and emits the cargo in daughter nanoparticles. This triggered emission drives the cargo deep past the surface, far beyond passive diffusion.
Delivers locally, without leaking off target
Nanoparticles are released as a concentrated stream, focusing treatment on the target region without detectable systemic or off-target exposure.
See how NanoEmitters move a molecule.
NanoEmitters are deposited on site, for example settling at the surface of the skin, and stay there. The environment then triggers them to package and emit the cargo molecule in a targeted stream of nanoparticles, to the depth you select.
Settles at the surface. Forms and streams cargo-filled nanoparticles to the tuned depth.
The NanoEmitter stays at the surface. The nanoparticle emission travels in a targeted stream that lands in the target region and nowhere else.
Base formulations, liposomes, exosomes, conventional LNPs. Often require cold chain.
Whatever survives shipping is all you get. Most stalls at the surface, a little reaches depth, some may leak into the bloodstream.
Ships at room temperature
Intact for months at ambient storage conditions.
Remains at the deposition site
The NanoEmitter itself stays on and in the application layer.
Emits on trigger
Cargo-filled vessels form off the NanoEmitter and drive down as a targeted stream.
Lands where you designed
Depth and spread are set by the formulation optimization.
One platform, a broad range of cargo.
An rT64 NanoEmitter is a delivery system, not a single drug. The same approach carries several classes of active that all hit the same delivery wall.
Proteins
Large, fragile actives that lose function when they unfold or degrade. NanoEmitters keep them folded and intact from the vial to the target.
Peptides
Precise and potent, but limited by poor penetration into tissue. NanoEmitters are built to give them a marked gain in how far they reach.
RNA
Powerful but easily broken down and hard to get into cells at the right place. NanoEmitters protect the payload and concentrate it in the target tissue.
Polysaccharides
Large, water-loving chains that are difficult to hold in a stable formulation and harder still to drive into tissue. NanoEmitters carry them intact and release them at depth.
Lipids
Prone to oxidation and to separating out of a formulation over time. NanoEmitters hold them dispersed and intact, and deliver them where they are meant to act.
Small molecules
Small actives usually cross tissue on their own, so getting in is not the problem. Keeping them where they were put is. The same triggered, local release by NanoEmitters that concentrates a large molecule in the target region applies here, and depending on the formulation medium the scaffold can add stability as well.
Validated across multiple tissues.
These are tissues that conventional delivery struggles to reach without compromising the rest of the body. Skin is where we have human evidence. The others are preclinical, and the pipeline is growing.
Topical and subcutaneous application
Large actives that normally stop at the surface are carried into the layers where they act, with no needle and no device. This is where our human proof of concept sits.
Topical and intraocular application
A site that is notoriously hard to reach and retain for large molecules. We place them intact into ocular tissue by topical and intraocular application in preclinical in vivo studies.
Solid tissue injection
Substantial uptake into a solid internal organ with an intact large molecule is a long-standing delivery problem. Shown preclinically with in vivo ectopic tumor models.
Designed to drop into partner production lines.
A formulation technology that is ready to deploy. NanoEmitters are built on materials and processes the industry already trusts.
Approved materials
Built from materials already cleared for use, not new chemical entities that restart the safety clock.
Existing manufacturing
Designed to fit standard production processes, so a partner does not have to rebuild their line.
No cold chain
Room-temperature stability simplifies storage, shipping and the places a product can reach.
Cargo agnostic
The same construct adapts across actives rather than one bespoke formulation per molecule. It can of course be customized to further tune desired specs.
A second way in: NanoConnectors.
In addition to NanoEmitter formulation, our NanoConnector solution can make direct connections between cells, translating a mechanism biology already uses. Many human cell types build fine membrane tubes to hand material to their neighbors. We put that natural wiring to work.
Built on natural biology
Based on the membrane nanotubes that more than 50 human cell types use to communicate.
Cell to cell
Forms a direct route between cells to move cargo where diffusion cannot reach.
New delivery paradigm
An alternative modality that extends the platform past nanoparticle delivery alone.

If a molecule you care about is held back by stability, penetration or systemic exposure, that is exactly the wall we are built to clear.
