Privacy notice

This notice explains what reThink64 BioNetworks collects when you use this website, who else handles it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

The short version

This site has no accounts and no logins. We set no cookies of our own, we do not track you across the web, and the one measurement tool we use is cookieless and cannot identify you. The only personal information we ask for is what you choose to type into the contact form, or what you send us by email. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Who we are

reThink64 BioNetworks is a drug delivery company based in Fremont, California. For anything in this notice, write to [email protected].

What we collect

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health data, government identifiers or payment details. This is a business contact form, not an intake form.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use what you send to answer your question, to have the conversation you started, and to keep an ordinary record of our business correspondence. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us, and replying is what you asked for. Where we rely on consent instead, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Who else handles it

We keep the number of third parties as small as we can. These are all of them.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising or marketing tags. We do not use Google Analytics or anything like it, and nothing here follows you to other websites.

We do measure how many people visit, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is the privacy-preserving option: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, builds no profile of you, does not use fingerprinting, and cannot follow you across sites. It tells us things like how many people read a page and roughly where in the world they are. It cannot tell us who you are.

The one thing that does touch your device is hCaptcha, on the contact page only, which may store information there in order to tell people from bots. If you would rather avoid that, email us at [email protected] instead of using the form. It reaches the same place.

Where your information goes

We are a United States company and the services listed above process information in the United States. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not offer the same protections as your home country. You can always choose not to use the form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is useful and for our ordinary business records. We do not have a reason to keep them indefinitely, and we will delete yours on request.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses, investors and researchers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
